| Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
OMARA, is the regulatory body for migration agents. All registered migration agents have to fulfill the MARA requirements and apply for re-registration each year. Among other things they have to abide by the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents and also charge a reasonable fee for their services. You will find more details about the Migration Advice Profession in the IRMAP document listed below.
The data you will find in the document Migration Advice Profession Fees charged by Migration Agents is tabulated from the figures provided by Migration Agents with theri re-registration application.
Any person considering taking assistance from a registered migration agent, will be well advised to go through the following three documents and discuss their contents, if necessary, with their prospctive migration agent.
