You will need to meet the following three requirements:
(a) Education: Pass in at least in HSC or equivalent at least in 2nd division
(b) English: 6 in IELTS. Then you can go straight for the selected course. If
you have an IELTS score of 5.0 then needs to complete 10 weeks of
English course before starting on your course of study..
(c) Finance: If you can get a sponsorship as follows
For applicants from Assessment Level 4 countries, which includes Bangladesh, the money to support you and your family members (tuition fees for the course program and maintenance money) must come from one or more acceptable sources, which may include:
- a money deposit with a financial institution that has been
held for at least six consecutive months immediately before the date of
your visa application by

- your spouse
- your brother or sister
- your parents
- your grandparents
- your
aunt or uncle (only if they usually live in Australia and are either a
citizen/permanent resident of Australia or an eligible New Zealand
citizen)
- a loan from a financial institution made to (and in the name of)
